The Monochrome
The Monochrome
Black and white is sexy.
There. I said it. And I don’t give a flying monkey whether you agree with me or not. (Not that I have a flying monkey but you get the drift.)
Black and white is a force of attraction.
Or does anybody seriously believe the world would have gotten itself in a tizzy over a book called Fifty Shades of Pink? – I don’t think so.
Black and white is harmony.
Even the world would look like a better place if TV News were still broadcasted in black and white. Like in the old days. Life would be so pleasant.
Black and white is crack cocaine.
Well, for most photographers that is. They just can’t keep their mind and hands off it. It’s an obsession. And once hooked it’s black and white or nothing, film and digitally speaking.
With that in mind, I’d like to use this opportunity to introduce a new strap. Lovingly handcrafted from the finest, black water-buffalo leather and designed especially for all the true lovers of black and white photography among us: The Monochrome.
PS: The grey used to paint the top edge of the strap is a special custom mix by yours truly.
In the spirit of full disclosure I must admit, to make the grey look this good I have to cheat. Technically speaking, it is only about 98.99999% monochrome. But it looks 100% better.
